Coverage:
1 Ltr of FAIR CONCRYL SBR mixed as per the recommended dosage will cover approximately 4.5.0– 5 m² area in 2 coats depending upon the surface.
Application:
- Surface Preparation: The application surface must be clean and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. The surface may be damp but not saturated.
- Priming: Prime the prepared surface using FAIR CONCRYL primer (1-part FAIR CONCRYL and 2 parts water) with brush, roller, or spray.
- Application: Mix FAIR CONCRYL SBR with Portland cement in the ratio of 1-part FAIR CONCRYL SBR: 2-part Portland cement, using a slow-speed mixer. The material should be preferably mixed in small quantities to avoid wastage.
Apply the FAIR CONCRYL SBR treatment mixture after the primer coat has completely dried.
A minimum of 2-3 coats of FAIR CONCRYL SBR are recommended depending on the nature of the surface.
Storage & Shelf Life
The material in unopened condition shall be stored on pallets in a cool and shaded area and should be protected from extreme climatic conditions. The
shelf life is 18 months when stored as per recommendation and in unopened conditions. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditioning
may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
