Coverage:
1 Ltr of FAIRCON CONCRYL mixed as per the recommended dosage will cover approximately 4.5.0– 5 m² area in 2 coats depending upon the surface.
Application:
- Surface Preparation: The application surface must be clean and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. Surface may be damp but not saturated.
- Priming: Prime the prepared surface using FAIR CONCRY primer (1-part AQUACRETE BA-30 and 2 parts water) with brush, roller, or spray.
- Application: Mix FAIR CONCRYL AQUA with Portland cement in the ratio of 1-part FAIR CONCRYL: 2-part Portland cement, using a slow speed mixer. Material should be preferably mixed in small quantities to avoid wastage.
Apply the FAIR CONCRYL treatment mixture after the primer coat has completely dried.
Minimum 2-3 coats of FAIR CONCRYL are recommended depending on the nature of the surface.
Storage & Shelf Life:
The material in unopened conditioned shall be stored on pallets in a cool and shaded area and should be protected from extreme climatic conditions. The shelf life is 18 months when stored as per recommendation and in un-opened conditions. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditioning may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
